Pagamento e cancelamentoPayment and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and recurring, processed by Stripe: it renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling is simple and has no penalty: in Preferences → Subscription you open the billing portal and cancel yourself, keeping access until the end of the paid period. Promotional prices (like the founding member price) hold while your subscription stays active; if you cancel and come back later, the current price applies.

Saúde e responsabilidadeHealth and responsibility

Sentiu dor além do normal, pare e avise o time. The app's content is training and nutrition guidance and is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Fill in the health form honestly, respect the screenings and see a health professional before starting if you have any relevant condition. If you feel pain beyond the normal, stop and tell the team. Exercise carries inherent risks; training with good technique and progression is part of the deal.

Workout plans, recipes, texts, brand and the app itself belong to Garage Rise. Use is personal: do not copy, resell or redistribute the content. Your data and photos remain yours; we only use them as described in the privacy policy.
